Who we are
Xiaoks builds small things properly. Our range runs from a cordless personal blender to a short line of everyday skincare, and on paper those look like two different businesses. They are not. Our mission is to take the things people genuinely want to do every day and remove the reason they skip them. Almost nobody abandons a fresh smoothie because they dislike fruit, or drops an eye-care step because it fails to work. They stop because the equipment demanded a counter, or the routine demanded a bathroom and a spare quarter of an hour. The obstacle is almost never willingness. It is logistics.

Six things we decided early, and have not traded away since.
We refused to build a blender that needs a second container. The 43 oz cup takes the fruit, does the blending and then becomes the bottle you leave with, thanks to a lid with a straw that screws onto the same thread. It sounds like a small thing until you count what it removes: a pour, a spill risk, a bottle to find and a jug to wash. That is the difference between a drink you make on a weekday and one you only make on a Sunday.
We specified the battery around where people actually are rather than around a headline number. The 2000 mAh cell fills in about three hours over a standard USB cable, and that cable will take power from a wall adapter, a laptop port, a car socket or a power bank. On a trip, in a rental, or at a desk with one free port, that flexibility is the feature. A faster charger that only works next to a wall would have solved a problem nobody has.
The part doing the work is the part we did not economise on. Our blade assembly is 304 stainless steel with ten cutting edges, driven at 18,000 rpm by a 50 W motor running at 7.4 volts. Almost certainly nothing: the pump ships locked and needs to be released once. Press down firmly on the pump head and, while holding the pressure, turn it counter-clockwise for three to five full rotations. The head will rise on its own, and from then on it dispenses with a normal press. If it has not popped up, add a little more downward pressure and keep turning — another two or three rotations usually does it. As with any depilatory, do a patch test on a small area first and follow the timing on the pack.
Fifteen to twenty minutes on cleansed skin, then lift the pads off and massage the remaining essence in rather than washing it away — that last step is where a good deal of the hyaluronic acid actually gets used.
